◆ 本產(chǎn)品所有關(guān)鍵零件均采用用日本進口鋼材SKD11加硬處理,端子刀片采用瑞士壹勝佰（ASSAB）的ASP88專用刀模料,經(jīng)久耐用。
◆ 壓接高度連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)：采用多臺階圓柱調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu)，C.H.調(diào)節(jié)精度0.05mm，調(diào)節(jié)范圍0.5mm；I.H.調(diào)節(jié)精度0.1mm，調(diào)節(jié)范圍1.0mm調(diào)節(jié)節(jié)奏感強，刻度易識別，從此不用再頻繁調(diào)整壓接機閉合高度，理想的壓接質(zhì)量就是這么容易實現(xiàn)！
◆ 送料機構(gòu)：前送料（半自動）和后送料（全自動）兩種方案可供選擇。
◆ 快換機構(gòu)：完美匹配ShinMaywa、JAM、Kodera ……等日系品牌及國內(nèi)的多數(shù)品牌的半自動和全自動壓接機。
◆ 技術(shù)文件：提供完整的使用、保養(yǎng)說明書，如有要求，也可提供機器能力研究、斷面分析報告等文件。
◆ 軍工技術(shù)發(fā)黑表面處理。
◆ 激光打標：每個零件都擁有自己的唯一性標識。
