◆ 本產(chǎn)品所有關(guān)鍵零件均采用用日本進(jìn)口鋼材SKD11加硬處理，同時(shí)表面鍍高強(qiáng)度防銹硬鉻；氣缸和閥采用國(guó)內(nèi)著名品牌亞德克（AIRTAC）,導(dǎo)軌和滑塊采用臺(tái)灣上銀（HIWIN）,端子刀片采用瑞士壹勝佰（ASSAB）的ASP88專(zhuān)用刀模料,經(jīng)久耐用。
◆ 壓接高度連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)：采用轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)，C.H.調(diào)節(jié)精度0.05mm，調(diào)節(jié)范圍0.5mm；I.H.調(diào)節(jié)精度0.1mm，調(diào)節(jié)范圍1.0mm調(diào)節(jié)節(jié)奏感強(qiáng)，刻度易識(shí)別，從此不用再頻繁調(diào)整壓接機(jī)閉合高度，理想的壓接質(zhì)量就是這么容易實(shí)現(xiàn)！
